Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (โต) and may change without notice. We accept cash on delivery, mobile money, and card payments via secure checkout.

Delivery
We deliver to Cape Coast, Accra, Kumasi, and surrounding areas. Delivery timeframes vary by location and will be communicated at checkout or via WhatsApp confirmation. DND is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Returns and Refunds
Items may be returned within 3 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

Warranty
Applicable products come with a manufacturer or DND-provided warranty as stated on the product page. Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.

Product Condition
We clearly indicate whether a product is new, refurbished, or a swap item. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions before purchase.

Limitation of Liability
DND is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of purchased products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
